Our Next Level HMO Workshop is your platform from which to grow a large and profitable portfolio of Next Level HMO properties.
Part education and part mastermind group format we will guide you throughout the weekend on all aspects of developing a successful portfolio. We will go through the analysis, cover how to manage all aspects of a development and follow real life examples from sourcing to lettings. It's not all listen and learn, we have some practical exercises too where you will have the chance to design your own floorplans, divide up buildings and work to maximise the end result.
